FRPT provides an ideal forum for professionals who want to further their knowledge in the field of FLASH Radiotherapy and share their research with global leaders.
As part of a shared goal to foster learning and development, the FRPT is delighted to offer the following three award opportunity to eligible professionals:

Best Oral Presentation Awards

Best Abstract Award

Who is eligible?

  • The applicant must have an accepted abstract in the programme (Abstract Submission deadline: 12 May, 2021)
  • Request for consideration must be made by submitting an abstract form at the time of submission.

What does the award include?

  • Complimentary registration for the FRPT 2021 Conference.
  • With the transition from hybrid to a virtual conference, the assigned amount for travel and accommodation has been waived due to the new format of the event. However, we would like to support you with complimentary registration for the FRPT 2022 Conference which will be held in Barcelona and online on 30 November – 2 December 2022.

Selection Procedure

  • Awardees are chosen among presenting authors whose abstract is among the best scoring ones for each scientific track (Radiation Modalities, Mechanisms, Flash in Clinic, UHDpulse and INSPIRE).
  • The winners will are chosen by the Organising Committee during the regular abstract review.

Best Oral Presentation Award 

Winners will be selected during the Conference.

Who is eligible?

  • All presenting authors who have submitted their abstract during the regular or the late-breaking abstract submission and are registered participants of the Conference.
  • The applicants must have an accepted abstract in the programme.
  • Request for consideration must be made by submitting an abstract form at the time of submission.

What does the award include?

  • 200 EUR Award
  • The award will be paid via bank transfer after the Conference dates.

  • Awardees are selected during the Conference dates by the Organising Committee and the session chairs. The judgment criteria are based on:
    • The scientific content of the abstract
    • Presentation of the abstract at the Conference
  • Awardees are chosen from each track (Radiation Modalities, Mechanisms, Flash in Clinic, UHDpulse and INSPIRE).
