Hundreds of participants have already registered for the FRPT 2021 Conference, and with strong support from our industry partners, we are looking forward to welcoming you all to what promises to be a memorable event in festive Vienna!

We are preparing an in-person conference with the invited speakers and the committee members attending the sessions live. Of course, FRPT will be held under the strictest health and safety measures, in line with guidelines from global and regional health institutions.

As a full conference participant, you will get the best of both worlds: an in-person meeting from 1-3 December in Vienna, and a virtual meeting – anytime, anywhere:

• Onsite, you will have the chance to personally meet the top Flash and PT experts and industry leaders, interact with international colleagues, and truly feel like a part of the emerging FRPT community. There will be dedicated times and places for live Networking, so you can communicate in a setting free of distractions and start new interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Outside of the in-person programme, as a full conference participant, you can also enjoy all the virtual benefits. Sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up on anything you missed during the FRPT 2021 dates (plus exclusive online content) and review all the abstracts and e-posters in your own time. This means you can attend all relevant sessions and claim more CME, even post-conference. You can also be in touch with all other participants and follow up with your new friends online after the FRPT dates.

You can register for in-person in Vienna now, and switch to Virtual later, should your situation and travel restrictions change.

So, if you registered for the full conference (in person), you will be able to change your registration category to Virtual and receive a refund of the difference in fees. You can switch your registration type at no charge until 15 November 2021.
